  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Assemble: Thread your ingredients onto the skewers, alternating between meat, red capsicum, onion, yellow capsicum, and green capsicum to create a beautiful rainbow color pattern.

  • Grill: Preheat your barbecue grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Drizzle a little oil on the pan.
