Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Mix softened butter with dill, chives, garlic, and lemon juice. Roll in plastic wrap into a log and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and white pepper.

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat. Grill salmon skin-side up for 3-4 minutes.
