Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease 4 ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale and thick. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
Sift in the flour and fold gently until just combined.
Divide into ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be set but center slightly wobbly.
Run a knife around the edges, invert onto a plate, and serve immediately with ice cream.
